Returns
Personalised Items
Most of the items I sell are personalised, for this reason, as they are made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold, they're non returnable or refundable.
To avoid disappointment, please read the item details in full before purchasing.
If you need to cancel your order, please let me know ASAP, cancellations can only be accepted where the item has not been sent to manufacture. If the item is already designed and made it cannot be cancelled unfortunately.
Non-personalised items
For items that are not personalised you may contact me to confirm that you wish to return an item, I still withhold the right to refuse a return if for example you have ordered a bespoke shape, size or a bulk quantity.
Once it has been agreed that the return is acceptable, package the item up and send it back to the address given within 5 days of your return being approved. (It is recommended that you use a signed-for delivery service and please retain your proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost and responsibility of returning the product.
Once the item is received back and fully inspected to ensure items are unused, undamaged and all accounted for your order will be refunded back to the original payment method.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the sender).
Damaged Items
All items are packaged with care to ensure they're well protected on their journey out to you, however as a lot of the items I sell are fragile, this can occasionally lead to items arriving damaged, due to mishandling by the courier.
If in the event that your item is received damaged, please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve contacted me to begin the claim process.
Send me images of the item, within the original packaging, showing the damage within 1 day of delivery receipt. Personalised items are still not eligible for return or refund so in this instance a replacement item will be sent to you at the earliest possible opportunity.
Unfortunately I can not accept 'damage on delivery' claims after the above stated timeframe, as many of the items are fragile and can be damaged after delivery if not handled carefully and in the manner that is suggested on the item care instructions.
