Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-3 working days for me to process your order, depending on the item, please refer to each item listing for more accurate manufacture times. Once your order is made and ready to send, you'll receive an email to let you know it's on the way!

STORE PICKUP - If you're local to Carlisle
Orders can be picked up daily, between 12-4. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
All items are sent by Royal Mail (letters and small parcels) & Parcelforce (for large, bulky items)

Whilst they aim to deliver standard 2nd and 1st class items within 1-3 days that is not a guaranteed delivery time and they will allow up to 10 working days to pass before they would consider an item as lost or delayed.

PLEASE NOTE: standard 1st and 2nd class with the Royal Mail are not tracked services, the number given with your dispatch confirmation is more of a proof of purchase and confirmation of delivery than a tracking number. Once it leaves me I am not able to advise when it will arrive or where it is at any time. The Royal Mail tracking system will only update when an order is delivered or delivery is attempted.

Tracked and Express delivery upgrades are available if you'd prefer not to risk any delivery delays with your order.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time.
