All sheets are 3mm depth (nominal- the depth can vary slightly from the supplier, this is completely out of our control)

 All sheets are laser cut by us using your chosen acrylic leaving polished edges. 

Acrylic sheet will come with the protective film on to prevent scratching during transit.

DELIVERY 

Various delivery options are available, if you need an order urgently please contact me to discuss your requirements, prior to ordering.  

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS 

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. 

Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging. 

Ensure all damages are reported and photographs sent before throwing any packaging away. 

Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery.
