CUSTOM PRINTED ACRYLIC BUSINESS SIGN

All signs in this listing are ROUND and made from flat 3mm acrylic. For Clear the design will be printed to the back, all other materials are front printed- single sided print only.

Colours can appear slightly different from screen to screen due to individual monitor, phone and tablet settings, brightness and colour calibration. The colour chart is intended to give the closest possible representation of the actual acrylic. If you prefer to see the colours in person before deciding please use the samples listing to order small individual samples of your preferred colours.

OPTIONAL STANDOFF FIXINGS

Wall-mounting standoff fixings are available in:

• Silver
• Gold
• Black
• White

Fixings are approximately 8mm wide x 15mm long.

If fixings are selected, your plaque will be supplied with pre cut holes ready for mounting.
If fixings are not selected, your plaque will be made with no holes.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your required sign size.

2. Select your standoff fixing option/colour if required.

3. Enter your chosen acrylic colour.

4. Add your business name or any wording required.

5. Upload your logo or artwork.

6. A digital proof will be prepared for you to check and approve before printing.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the cleanest possible print result, VECTOR ARTWORK IS PREFERRED.

Suitable vector formats include:

• AI
• EPS
• SVG
• Vector PDF

A high-resolution transparent PNG may also be suitable depending on the artwork.

Please supply your original logo or artwork file wherever possible.

A screenshot, photograph of an existing sign, photograph of a business card, social-media screenshot or other low-resolution image is not considered print-ready artwork.

However, this does not necessarily mean I cannot help.

If you do not have suitable artwork, only have a photograph/screenshot, or require artwork alterations or design work, please Message me BEFORE ORDERING.

I can advise what is possible and provide a quote for any additional artwork or design time required.

The price of this listing includes preparing and positioning suitable supplied artwork for print.

It unfortunately does NOT include creating a new logo or substantially redrawing/recreating unsuitable artwork.

UV PRINTED

Your design is UV printed directly onto the acrylic rather than being applied as vinyl/painted and no raised 2d lettering or design is added. It is not possible for the UV printer to replicate metallic, mirror or glittery finishes. 

This allows logos, wording, graphics and full-colour artwork to be reproduced cleanly for a professional finished appearance.

PROOF APPROVAL

A digital proof will be supplied before your sign is printed.

Please check your proof carefully, including:

• Spelling
• Wording
• Layout
• Colours
• Positioning

Production will only begin once your proof has been approved.

DELIVERY-UK only
Item is sent 1st class as standard - via Royal Mail/Parcelforce depending on size.
There is a delivery upgrade available if you prefer a guaranteed next day delivery, after dispatch, choosing this option won't speed up the manufacture time only the delivery. If you need an order urgently please contact me to discuss your requirements, prior to ordering. 

RETURNS
While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns. If you need to amend or change the order in any way please contact me ASAP. If the item is already made no changes can be accepted.

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging.  Ensure all damages are reported and photographs sent before throwing away the packaging. Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery, removing protective packaging or whilst installing/fitting to your chosen wall, door etc.
*** Any issues with the items received must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.
