Made from Perspex acrylic. Back ground and the main design on the front are available in a range of colour/size/shape options.

Optional standoff fixings, if selected they will be matched as closely as possible to your chosen colours or clear if your chosen colour can't be matched.

In the personalisation box provided please confirm the following:

confirm design/wording from the colours shown in the image section- if colour mix is required, please leave details in the box with the wording specifying the wording, font type and colour 
i.e. Chloe's - font 17 in matt dusky pink 
      & 
      BEAUTY SALON - font 31 in matt white.

⭐If you have a preferred font that isn't shown or you have a bespoke design please message to discuss your requirements.

I will provide a proof design for your order, once received, so please ensure you check back in for messages regularly, I will not proceed with the order until you are happy with the design, proof designs will not be provided before purchase, however I will not proceed with the order until you are completely happy with the design, so no risk.

Can be hung with the provided standoff fixings or if you prefer no holes or holes in an alternative location please note this in the box with your wording.

Item is sent 1st class as standard - via Royal Mail/Parcelforce depending on size.
There is a delivery upgrade available if you prefer a guaranteed next day delivery, after dispatch, choosing this option won't speed up the manufacture time only the delivery. If you need an order urgently please contact me to discuss your requirements, prior to ordering. 

RETURNS
While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns. If you need to amend or change the order in any way please contact me ASAP. If the item is already made no changes can be accepted.

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging.  Ensure all damages are reported and photographs sent before throwing away the packaging. Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery, removing protective packaging or whilst installing/fitting to your chosen wall, door etc.
*** Any issues with the items received must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.
