CANCELLATIONS/AMENDMENTS

Please contact me ASAP if you need to change or cancel the order. I will do my best to accommodate however if the item is already made/ started then unfortunately change and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

The item can be fragile with delicate parts and should be treated with care when handling.

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue/damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging. Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery or whilst installing/fitting to your chosen surface *** Any issues with the items received must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.
