Size purchased is for the height of the castle- the width will vary depending on the size selected, but won't be wider than the size ordered.

The name and age will be sized to match the size you order, and glued before sending out. Please note the name, age, wording colour and your preferred font in the box provided.

It is not advised to have the castle and the wording both in mirror colours.

All acrylic shapes are cut using 3mm depth and the acrylic will come with the protective film on both sides (except the mirror, film on one side only) to prevent scratching during transit, which will need to be removed before use. 

The acrylic is food safe.

Please handle your toppers and charms with care as some thin parts are very fragile and can snap.  

Please allow up to 2 working days manufacture time, as these items are made to order, plus additional for delivery. Please note Etsy estimated delivery times, are only an estimate and based on the Royal Mail delivering within 1-2 days every time, which is not always the case, read below for more accurate delivery estimates.

I can't be held responsible for delays in the delivery service,  so please allow plenty of time when ordering.

If you need the item urgently then please use the Express delivery option and leave me a note with the date the item is required by and Ill do my best to make and send ASAP, this isn't always possible so please do contact directly if you are in need of an urgent order.
