Rodeo Theme Cake topper/Charm set- Acrylic non edible

Double Layered Rodeo theme Charm/Topper acrylic set. Optional charms.

Main - Name's First Rodeo sold by width- age can be changed to suit

If charms are selected they vary in height min-30mm Max-70mm, these are chosen in colours to match your own colour theme

Charm is the item without stick for attaching to the front of a cake

Topper is the item with stick for inserting upright into the top of cake

To Order:

1. Select your size & style options.
2. Choose your back ground colour and then your writing colour from the colour swatches shown.
3. Add Boot, Hat & Sheriff charms if required.
4. Leave your name/age in the box provided.

I do not recommend using mirror for both the background and the writing. Contrasting colours will give the most impact. Main image is made using:

Fern-Beige matt and Pale Pink/white mix for the writing.

Clay-Beige matt and mushroom/white matt for the writing

All items are made to order, the main image is a guide only & the final design will be decided by me when I receive the order and your preferred wording/font type, if you'd like a digital proof of the finished design before its made please leave a note with your order.
This will add time to the process, as I have to wait for your approval before I proceed.

Proof designs are not available before ordering.

Made from 2 layers of 3mm acrylic glued together so 6mm in depth altogether.

The item will come with the protective film to prevent scratching during transit (the front of the background layer will need to be peeled prior to dispatch in order to glue on the writing). The film will need to be removed before use.  

The acrylic is food safe.

Please handle your toppers and charms with care as some thin parts are very fragile and can snap.  

Please allow up to 2 working days manufacture time, as these items are made to order, plus additional for delivery. 

Postage options:
Standard Delivery:
2nd class standard: this is Royal Mail 2nd class- they aim to deliver with 2-3 working days,  but this is not a guaranteed time and can be anything up to 10 working days.

Upgrades are:
1st class standard: this is Royal Mail 1st class, they aim to delivery within 1-2 working days but this is not a guaranteed time and can be anything up to 10 working days
1st class Tracked: they aim to delivery within 1-2 working days, also not a guaranteed delivery time but the package will be traceable from dispatch to delivery.
Express: Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Working Day, this delivery service will be with you the day after I dispatch it, fully trackable.

I can't be held responsible for delays in the delivery service,  so please allow plenty of time when ordering.

If you need the item urgently then please use the Express delivery option and leave me a note with the date the item is required by and Ill do my best to make and send ASAP, this isn't always possible so please do contact directly if you are in need of an urgent order.

If your item is received damaged, please contact me within 1 day of delivery with a picture of the item within the original packaging showing the damage to make a claim for a replacement.
