PROOF DESIGNS:
Once I have received your order I will provide a digital design proof for you to approve before I proceed to making your order. To avoid any delays, please make sure the correct details are provided at the time of checkout. Ensure the email provided on your order is correct and checked regularly to keep your order processing times on track, any delays in this process may mean the dispatch times will have to be extended.
I will ensure you are completely satisfied with the design before I make it so you can order with complete confidence. I will redo the proof design as many times as is required. 
N.B bespoke designs are exempt from this, if you want a bespoke sign made please contact prior to ordering to discuss and arrange for a quote.
ALWAYS ensure you order in plenty of time for your event.

NEXT STEPS:
Once you are happy with your proof design your order will be manufactured and dispatched within the turn around specified at the time of ordering. You will find this on your order receipt.

DELIVERY: UK only
Once made all orders are sent on a 24hour delivery service via Royal Mail/Parcelforce and should be with you the next working day after dispatch- tracking details will be provided.

RETURNS:
While the personalised nature of our items varies, all of our items are made to order, just for you, when the order is placed. For this reason we do not accept returns. If you need to amend or change the order in any way please contact me ASAP. If the item is already made no changes can be accepted.

PACKAGES WITH DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please check your package contents immediately upon receiving. If you find something is not right, contact us right away, providing your name, order number, and a detailed description of the damage with photographs of the item in the original packaging. Ensure all damages are reported and photographs sent before throwing any packaging away. Claims cannot be accepted for items damaged after delivery or whilst installing/fitting.
*** Any issues with the items received must be reported within 1 working day of receipt.
