As every map follows the natural shape of the country, exact proportions vary between designs.

FIXINGS

With Fixings
Your map will arrive with sturdy picture-hanging fixings fitted to the reverse, ready for wall mounting.

Without Fixings
No hanging hardware will be attached. You will need to choose suitable fixings for your own wall and installation method.

ENGRAVED PLACE NAMES

With Engraved Place Names
County/place names will be engraved as shown in the listing photographs.

Without Engraved Place Names
The individual wooden areas will remain blank with no engraved place names.

Place names can also be altered where required, including alternative languages or preferred spellings. Please contact us before ordering if you would like a bespoke version.

NATURAL WOOD VENEER

Your map will be made using the same selection of wood shades and tones shown in the listing photographs.

Because real wood veneer is a natural material, every piece is unique. Grain patterns, colour, texture, knots and natural markings will vary slightly from map to map. These variations are part of the character of the finished piece rather than a fault.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

Please check the current estimated dispatch date shown on the listing before ordering, particularly if your map is required for a specific date or occasion.

Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Where an express delivery upgrade is available, this upgrades the **delivery service only** and does not reduce the stated production time. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether your required timescale can be accommodated.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always do our best to help, however once production of a personalised or bespoke map has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

RETURNS

Personalised and bespoke items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot normally be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Please handle your map carefully, particularly around detailed coastlines and smaller sections.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Please check your order as soon as it arrives- claims for damaged in transit can only be accepted with 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

If your map has been damaged during delivery or anything is missing, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of:

• the damaged item
• the outer packaging
• the internal packaging

This allows us to investigate the issue and arrange the appropriate resolution.

Damage caused after delivery during handling, mounting or installation cannot be treated as transit damage.
